In the Academy of Innovation students and teachers will collaborate to ensure all students meet standards through the process of questioning and creative problem solving, as well as exploring the historical significance of others who have questioned.
- Students will have a voice and choice in how they discover and demonstrate what they know and can do.
- Teachers will present students with the framework of required learning standards.
- Students will examine those individuals in history whose creative and innovative thinking changed our world.
- Students will identify current challenges and offer original solutions by:
-Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating information.
-Applying knowledge.
-Making decisions.
-Creating various products and models.
