* Student uses both metric and customary units.
* Student uses graphs and charts for inferences.102710_92443_0.jpg

Our 8th graders are in the process of signing up for 9th grade classes. An 8th grade parent night was held at BAHS Wednesday, Jan. 19th, and our Academies 8th graders met with Mr. Davis (High Guidance Dept. Head) on Thursday, Jan 20th to hear about course requirements, descriptions, and the sign up procedure. Kids are in the process of collecting recommendations from teachers and will bring home their sign up sheet to go over with parents before turning it in. The form is due Friday the 28th.

The next ALEKS competition has started. Anyone who earns 10 stars before February break is invited to a pizza party.
